Katie obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work. After earning her degree, she worked with people in recovery and eventually earned her licensure. Katie received training in group, family, and individual therapies. She lives in Knoxville with her husband and three sons.

Katie believes there isn’t one “right way to heal” and will happily change treatment techniques to fit the needs of the client, family, group, or couple.
